A handful were still in business suits, there to see a hockey game for the first time. They came to see a preseason game between the Blues and the Los Angeles Kings, one of eight Monday night in the NHL.

Keith Tkachuk scored the 498th and 499th goals of his career, and Manny Legace earned his 27th career shutout as St. Louis beat the Columbus Blue Jackets 3-0 in the Blues' regular-season home finale Saturday. Brad Boyes also scored his team-leading 42nd goal and Paul Kariya added two assists for the Blues, who won all four matchups with the Blue Jackets at home this season.

The St. Louis Blues blew a two-goal lead, then redeemed themselves. Brad Boyes' second goal of the game and 40th of the season gave the Blues a 4-3 overtime win over the NHL-leading Detroit Red Wings on Friday night. Erik Johnson and Andy McDonald also scored for the Blues, and Paul Kariya had three assists.
