Yahoo Sports [02/15/2008]
The San Francisco 49ers hired veteran NFL assistant Chris Foerster on Friday as their offensive line coach, a job he'll share with embattled incumbent George Warhop. Ravens rehire Ryan as D-coordinator
Fox Sports [01/28/2008]
Rex Ryan is back with the Baltimore Ravens, this time with a new title. Ryan, fired as defensive coordinator Dec. 31, was hired Monday as the team's assistant head coach/defensive coordinator. Ryan, 45, was given the position by new coach John Harbaugh, who planned to make a formal announcement at a news conference later Monday. Ryan and the rest of the coaching staff were fired along with coach Brian Billick following a 5-11 season.

Boller to compete for starting job
Sportsline [01/18/2008]
Ravens QB Kyle Boller made eight starts in 2007 with Steve McNair spending most of the season hurt. Boller, however, did nothing to solidify himself as the future starter for the Ravens. He passed for 1,743 yards, nine touchdowns and 10 interceptions and didnt play in the final two games due to a concussion. The Ravens fired coach Brian Billick following the season, so it's likely Boller will not be the starter in 2008.

McNair has rough 2007
Sportsline [01/18/2008]
The 2007 season was a lost year for Ravens QB Steve McNair and could be his last in the NFL. He only made six starts and finished the season on injured reserve following rotator cuff surgery on his left shoulder. He threw a career-low two touchdowns and had four interceptions with only 1,113 passing yards. The Ravens fired coach Brian Billick following the season, so it's likely McNair will not be the starter in 2008 even if he comes back.
